CLASSES

TUMBLE-BEES (AGES 1-2)
Our Baby Tumbling (TUMBLE-BEES) class is designed for little ones and their grown-ups to explore movement in a safe, playful environment. Athletes focus on basic motor skills like crawling, walking, climbing, balancing, jumping, and rolling while building coordination, body awareness, and confidence. Through music, obstacle courses, and guided activities, we help toddlers develop listening skills, social interaction, and a love for movement.. all while having FUN!

​TOTNASTICS (AGES 3-5)
Our Totnastics class is the perfect introduction to gymnastics for preschool-age athletes! This class focuses on building strong foundational skills like forward rolls, bridges, handstands, cartwheels, jumping, balancing, and basic trampoline work. Athletes work on coordination, strength, flexibility, listening skills, and confidence all in a structured but FUN environment. We use circuits, obstacle courses, and skill stations to keep them moving, learning, and loving every minute in the gym! 
BEGINNER
Our Beginner Tumbling class is designed for athletes who are ready to start building strong foundational tumbling skills. Athletes focus on proper technique for rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges, kickovers, and basic trampoline skills. This class emphasizes strength, flexibility, coordination, and body control while teaching athletes how to safely progress to the next level. We focus heavily on clean basics, confidence, and strong listening skills because solid foundations create strong athletes!

ADVANCED BEGINNER
Our Advanced Beginner Tumbling class is for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to level up! Athletes focus on perfecting round-offs, backbends, kickovers, front & back walkovers, and beginning back handspring progressions.This class emphasizes power, tight body positions, strength, and technique to prepare athletes for more advanced tumbling. We continue building confidence while reinforcing clean fundamentals because strong basics are what make big skills possible!

SUB NOVICE
Our Sub-Novice / Novice Tumbling class is designed for athletes who are ready to connect skills and build true power tumbling. Athletes focus on strong round-off back handsprings, front handsprings, and developing tuck and pike progressions. This level emphasizes technique, rebound, body tension, height, and controlled landings while building strength and endurance. Athletes learn how to generate power, set properly, and progress safely toward flipping skills with confidence and consistency.

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED
Our Intermediate Tumbling class is for athletes who have strong back handsprings and are consistently working flipping skills. Athletes focus on back tucks, layout progressions, introducing whips, front tuck variations, and connecting multiple skills into powerful passes (ex: round-off back handspring tuck/whip combinations). This level emphasizes height, rebound, speed, clean technique, body tension, and consistent landings. Athletes build endurance and mental confidence while learning how to safely progress into more advanced flipping and twisting skills. Our Advanced Tumbling class is designed for high-level athletes working layouts, twisting skills, and advanced combinations. Athletes focus on layouts, fulls, whip-to-tuck/layout passes, specialty passes, and higher-level front tumbling. This class emphasizes elite-level technique, amplitude, speed, conditioning, and pass construction. Athletes are challenged to refine execution, increase difficulty, and perform with confidence and control preparing them for competitive and high-performance tumbling.
HOT SHOTS
Our Hot Shots Program is designed for athletes who show potential and interest in joining our Tumbling & Trampoline Team, but aren’t quite ready for the full commitment just yet. This program bridges the gap between recreational classes and team training. Athletes focus on strong fundamentals, shaping, power development, trampoline basics, air awareness, and skill consistency. We introduce structured training, goal setting, and accountability all while keeping the commitment and competition schedule lighter than full team. Hot Shots prepares athletes physically and mentally for the next step into Tumbling & Trampoline Team, building confidence, work ethic, and clean technique along the way.

TUMBLING & TRAMPOLINE TEAM
Our Tumble Team is a competitive program for dedicated athletes ready to train, grow, and compete in Tumbling & Trampoline. This is an invitation-based team focused on skill progression, clean technique, power development, and competitive readiness. Athletes train multiple days per week, working trampoline (TR), double mini (DM), and tumbling (TU) while building strength, flexibility, air awareness, mental toughness, and consistency. Goal setting, accountability, and work ethic are emphasized daily. Tumble Team athletes compete at local, regional, and national events, representing our gym with pride, discipline, and confidence. This program is for athletes who are serious about progression and committed to reaching their highest potential.

RECREATIONAL CHEERLEADING
Our Recreational Cheerleading program is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of cheer! This class focuses on learning basic motions, jumps, beginner stunts, tumbling fundamentals, and simple choreography all in a fun, positive environment. Athletes build confidence, teamwork, coordination, and performance skills while learning what it means to be part of a team. Recreational Cheer is lower commitment and designed for athletes who want to learn without the full competitiveNESS OF ALL STAR.  It’s high energy, confidence-building, and all about having FUN while growing as an athlete!

ALL STAR CHEERLEADING
Our All Star Cheerleading program is for athletes who are ready to train hard, perform big, and be part of something truly special. This is competitive cheer at its highest level combining elite tumbling, stunting, jumps, dance, and powerful choreography into one high-energy routine. All Star athletes train multiple days per week, build advanced skills, travel to exciting competitions, and perform on big stages. This program pushes athletes to grow in strength, confidence, leadership, and teamwork while creating unforgettable team bonds and memories. If your athlete thrives on challenge, loves to perform, and wants to level up their skills in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, All Star Cheer is where they belong. This isn’t just a class… it’s a team, a commitment, and an experience they’ll never forget.

You’re in the right place! we specialize in Tumbling & Trampoline, not traditional gymnastics. If you’re looking for bars and beam… that’s gymnastics. If you’re looking for power passes, speed, height, BIG SKILLS and big flips… that’s us. Tumbling is its own sport.... and we’re really good at it.
